DAILY ADVENTURES FOR BAYSIDE BASED BALL CHASERS, HOLE DIGGERS, AND TAIL WAGGERS
OUR STORY
a craving for freedom
I’m Chloe, a 25 year old crazy dog lady based a stones throw away from beautiful Bribie Island. For as long as I can even remember I've had a rather insane adoration for dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes! Dogs are the best escape from reality. No need for conversation or anxiety, because they hold no judgement; just pure and simple company! I think most can agree that our pooch gives us a happiness no other will ever quite understand - the most selfless, loving, and humorous creatures on the planet!
I believe every dog of any age, breed or size deserves the greatest life every day, as their life is furever dedicated to us; their humans! My heart lies with animals, and I know in society today there are owners' out there working long hours, or with health problems that don’t allow for long walks/exercising of their pet before the sun goes down each day! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a dog having the time of its life during our sessions; and I can’t wait to meet you and your pet for our next adventure!
I'm fully equipped with a Certificate3 in animal studies, with years of experience working within the animal industry under my belt. From work in veterinary clinics, to pet resorts & shelter work, to the pet transport industry looking after pets in quarantine - Your pooch is in very safe hands with me on every adventure we take together thanks to the study & hands on experience I have working within the industry!

Chloe is very professional, lovely & easy to work with , its refreshing to find someone we can trust who will love our fur baby’s nearly as much as we do. Sugar & Deisel are happy as on doggy day trekking days so it’s a big thumbs up from them & us

FAQ
WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FIRST ADVENTURE
HOW DO BOOKINGS WORK?
Unfortunately we don’t take one-off or casual bookings. Our sessions currently service Bribie Island and surrounding suburbs only. Please check with us to see if you are in an area we cover. Clients choose to send their dog either once a week or once fortnight and be committed to the schedule. We run our Service this way to provide routine for your dog. Another important reason for weekly or fortnightly daycare, is to create a well balanced Wolfpack who are familiar with each other. There is far less chance of conflict when a Group of Dogs know each other. If you/your dog would like to opt out of our sessions: You can withdraw at any time.
PICK-UP GUIDELINES
*BODY HARNESS & COLLAR
We only have a few minutes per pick-up to ensure the dogs are in the van for as little time as possible, so it’s important your dogs harness/collar are ON before we arrive. The harness is for safety & to seat belt your dog into our van. Please be sure your Dogs Harness has a clip on the back of it.
* TOILETING.
Remember your dog has to travel while we pick up his Fido friends and get to our first location. It's not healthy for your dog to have to “hold on”, so Toileting before we arrive is very important. All clients need to allow their dog plenty of time to go to the toilet before the van arrives (generally 15-30mins).
*NO FOOD.
Please do not feed your dog breakfast before Doggy Daycare. This can cause sickness & vomiting. It is recommended by vets (for health reasons) not to feed your dog before exercise. We are happy to feed them when we drop them home (if u leave food out for us).
WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED BEFORE I MAKE A BOOKING?
Your dog must be fully vaccinated & desexed to come on our group sessions to ensure complete safety of all trekkers. They must also have great recall (will come to our trainers on command when off-leash) and be well socialised with other dogs! We will require upon making a booking for owners to fill out a small client information sheet obtaining need to know information about yourself and your pet so we have all of the information we need prior to the first session!
Unfortunately not all dogs are suitable for daycare; some simply don't have the right play style. It is mandatory that new dogs undertake a behavioural assessment during a paid Trial Day.
If your dog passes, we then continue to monitor its behaviour while at Daycare week to week. We always report back any changes we see at Daycare. If your dog makes physical contact with its mouth on another dog (snapping, biting etc) we will discuss with you the possible use of an exercise muzzle or discontinuation of sessions depending on the seriousness of the behavior. The purchase and desensitisation of the exercise muzzle is the owners responsibility.
CAN I PAY CASH?
We are happy with both cash or card payments week to week. Card payments must be scheduled via direct debit for the beginning of each week (Monday) no matter which day your dog is scheduled in for an adventure to ensure smooth running of the business. If you would rather pay cash week to week, this must be clearly left in a safe place or given to us directly/consistently week to week and always be provided upon pick up of your pet before we take them on an adventure.
